Our History

Accanto Consulting is born when our founders, spending 20+ years in industry and consulting services for Fortune 500 companies, faced some employers and clients that didn’t quite aligned with their professional and personal values. They felt they owed to clients to deliver a sustainable product that they wholeheartedly believed in and would guarantee.

Our "Performance Engine" Model

Our clients should have an investor mindset about our work; they are investing in Results. That’s why our custom approach and methodologies aren’t cookie-cutter solutions. We work with our clients and iterate multiple times to find the right fit solution.

No matter what the end solution is, one element in our framework that remains constant is our Performance Engine model where all the gears are in synch and depend on each other for optimal performance.
